Austin is licensed in Oregon. Before joining our firm, Austin was a Summer Associate for Haglund Kelley Horngren Jones & Wilder LLP in Portland and clerked for the O'Neill & Evans P.C. firm in Salem. Austin graduated second in his law school class and received best paper awards in Insurance Law, Family Law, Comparative Law, Corporate Finance, and Introduction Into Business Law. While in law school, he was Business Editor of the Willamette University Law Review.
Austin's practice primarily consists of products liability, construction defect defense, and personal injury defense.
