Linda is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice primarily involves complex litigation.
Formerly, Linda was corporate counsel in the Product Litigation Department at Freightliner Corporation, Portland, Oregon, representing the corporation at trial, arbitrations, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Prior to that she worked at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt's Portland office, practicing insurance defense and product liability litigation. She worked as an extern to the Honorable Malcolm Marsh, United States District Court Judge, Portland, Oregon (1992), and summer clerk to the Honorable Joyce London Alexander, United States Magistrate Judge, Boston, Massachusetts (1991).
