Patrick is licenced in Oregon. His practice primarily involves personal injury, professional liability, and employment litigation.
While in law school, Patrick was the recipient of the Hollis Scholarship for Excellence in Civil Procedure. He also was Associate Editor (2006-2007) and Senior Editor (2007-2008) of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation. During the summer of 2006 he was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Lyle C. Velure in the Lane County Circuit Court, and during the summer and fall of 2007, worked as a law clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice, Trial Division, in the Civil and Criminal Rights Section.
