Paul is licensed in Oregon and Washington. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both states. His litigation practice primarily involves commercial and business liability litigation, defense of professionals, agricultural claims, and claims involving issues of misrepresentation or fraud by the plaintiff.
Over the past few years, Paul has enjoyed his increasing role as a mediator and arbitrator. During his career, he has been a frequent speaker on multiple topics relating to his practice, and an occasional contributor of humorous articles to the Oregon Casualty Adjusters Association’s newsletter.
