Bill has been an insurance defense trial attorney for over three decades. Over twenty-five years ago he co-founded the predecessor to the present firm, and since then has litigated cases in virtually every area practiced by the firm.

Most of Bill's recent case load has involved commercial litigation; malpractice claims against lawyers, insurance agents, and realtors; wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, and construction defect litigation. He is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington.
