Working smart by thinking ahead
Cari Waters brings a unique perspective to your case due to sixteen years of practice working for each side of a case. Cari started her career clerking for the Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court. She learned what the court cares about and how to most effectively present arguments to persuade the court. Cari then worked for Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua P.C. for several years, defending parties in front of the court. She changed course and had her own firm for several years, protecting plaintiffs’ rights in employment and personal injury cases. Cari has now returned to the defense side at Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua P.C. This career journey has given Cari a unique perspective and insight on how best to protect your interests.
