Experience and Judgment

Carl Rodrigues has defended civil litigation for more than 35 years, before joining Davis Rothwell. His experience spans most of the firm’s practice areas. Philosophically, Carl prepares every case for trial, at the same time being mindful of the prospects for reasonable, negotiated solutions. Many of his clients have maintained an ongoing relationship for decades.

In his spare time Carl enjoys travel, good food and wine, live music, golf, and tennis.
