“I start with solid case evaluation – including liability and legal defense analysis – then follow it up with consistent and thorough communication.”

Results through collaboration

Darren Beatty started litigating early in his career, trying cases for the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office as a certified law student. As his career progressed, he has worked with a wide array of industries and cases – from medical device and food packaging manufacturers navigating FDA rules to contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases.

Darren appreciates the positive and collegial work environment at Davis Rothwell. He believes that professional and courteous relationships with other attorneys does not conflict with a vigorous and thoughtful defense.

Darren continues to stay active at his alma mater, Lewis & Clark Law School, as a volunteer mentor for law students, and also sits on mock trial panels for Oregon’s Classroom Law Project. In his free time he enjoys biking, skiing, and coaching his daughter’s basketball team.
