Timothy Farley graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1988. He began his legal career clerking for a King County Superior Court Judge, and then moved on to the Public Defender’s Office to pursue his passion as a trial attorney.

In 1996, Timothy embarked on a career as a civil litigator when he joined Allstate Insurance Company Staff Counsel. Over the past 25 years, Timothy has tried in excess of 100 jury trials and participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations involving civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a skilled litigator and experienced negotiator who strives to keep his clients well-informed and confident in his representation.
