Zealous client-centered advocacy

Prior to joining our firm, Viet worked at Metropolitan Public Defender as a public defender, where he managed a caseload of eighty cases. As a minor felony attorney, Viet represented some of Oregon’s most vulnerable populations from serious criminal offenses. As a public defender Viet argued over ten trials to a jury, and he drafted and argued numerous pre-trial motions.

Viet earned his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. During law school, Viet worked as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern at a criminal defense firm in the State of Washington, and worked as an intern at an immigration law firm in the State of Pennsylvania.

Viet is a movie buff, and you are likely to see him on the weekends at Portland’s Laurelhurst or Hollywood theater.
