Haley graduated from University of Oregon School of Law in May, 2025. While in law school, Haley was a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Trial Division and earned Pro-Bono Honors for her work with the Senior Legal Services Program at the Oregon Law Center. During her final year of law school, Haley worked in the Oregon Law Domestic Violence Clinic representing survivors of domestic violence in dissolution and child custody proceedings. Through this experience, Haley learned how to prepare for and be successful at trial in highly contentious disputes. As a graduate of the 3+3 Program at Oregon, Haley studied Political Science, Legal Studies, and Ethics at the University of Oregon Robert D. Clark Honors College prior to attending law school.

In her free time, Haley enjoys going to Portland Thorns games, watching Oregon Football games, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.
