Kepa is a licensed attorney in Oregon and Washington and focuses his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. Kepa joined the firm after practicing industrial insurance defense in Washington. He brings valuable experience with complex questions of medical causation involving toxic substance exposures and other worksite injuries to his representation of clients, ranging from small businesses and individuals to multi-national corporations and the Federal government.

Before starting his practice, Kepa served as a Teach for America corps member. He continues to place a premium on educating his clients on the legal issues they face. His focus on clear communication helps ensure that clients are making informed decisions and protecting their interest.

After graduating from the University of Washington School of Law, Kepa clerked in one of the highest-volume courts in Nevada. There, he gained valuable insight into judges’ thought-processes, efficient case management, and written and oral advocacy.

During his free time, Kepa enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cycling, home-brewing, and rooting on the Gonzaga Bulldogs and Portland Timbers.
